Graduated from the East China University of Political Science and Law in 1960 and engaged in higher legal education for 26 years.   
 
Deputy director of the Department of Economic Law, deputy director of the Education Department, and director of the Higher Education Research Office of the East China University of Political Science and Law.

Retired as a full-time lawyer for 20 years in 1995, and served as the director of the legal program of Shanghai Donghai College.
Handled many difficult economic cases, and characterized by his strict adherence to the principle of "fact-based and law-based", integrity, conscientiousness and dedication to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of his clients, and has won a good reputation among them.
